MegaCamp is held every year in Austin, Texas, the birthplace of Keller Williams Realty. This training event is made up of three specialized events: Mega Technology Camp, Mega Agent Camp and Mega Leadership Camp. At Mega Technology Camp, agents learn how to implement state of the art technologies in their marketing. Mega Agent Camp is an intense two-day session designed to jump start production. Mega Leadership Camp is intended for KWs aspiring leaders and aims to give them techniques and tips to guide their market centers to increased productivity and profitability. |

 RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate) is an initiative dedicated to celebrating Keller Williams Realty’s year-round commitment to improving our local communities. Each year, on the second Thursday in May, tens of thousands of associates from across the United States and Canada participate in a wide range of projects, devoting their time to renewing and energizing aspects of the neighborhoods in which they serve. |
